If the product you receive is damaged or scratched, please refer to the explanation and procedure below.
If more than one week has passed since the arrival date of the ordered product, we will not accept exchanges.


Scratches that occurred during manufacturing or transportation are possible. Please forgive scratches, stains, and damage on the bag within 2 cm.


The shoes may have a leather smell when they are newly manufactured, but please rest assured that it will disappear over time. Also, please understand that there may be slight color differences due to lighting.


Please contact us if the following applies to you.
1. Within one week of receiving the watch, the error per day is more than ±10 seconds.
2. The second hand does not work.
3. The chronograph hand does not return to the zero position.
4. If the parts or numbers on the dial come off, we will provide a paid repair.
Please contact us if the following applies to you.
It can withstand sweat, normal rain, and getting wet when washing your hands, but it is dangerous when bathing or in heavy rain. This is called "waterproof for everyday life". Also, please check the product number, size, color, and quantity before purchasing.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as the product being different from the image, the size not fitting, incorrect order details, or color differences due to PC settings. Although the product was manufactured in a 1:1 ratio with the genuine product, there is some variation, so please forgive any slight differences from the genuine product.


Returns and Exchanges

(1) Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
(2) We generally do not accept exchanges unless the product is due to our own mistake or delivery error.
If you would like to exchange the product, please contact customer support within 3 days of receiving the product. The shipping fee for the exchange will be borne by the customer. The box and wrapping paper in the same condition as the original will be required. Exchanges will only be accepted if we have stock.
*Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product if the following applies to you.
• If a different product (color, model, etc.) is received
• If the size error is 3 cm or more/the watch error is 0.5 cm or more
• If the quantity received is different from the quantity ordered
• If the delivered product is dirty, scratched (1 cm or more), damaged, or the shoulder strap/handle is broken

In addition, we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases.
• Products that have been used or products that have been scratched or damaged while in the customer's possession.
• Products with tags, price tags, labels, etc. removed.
• Products that have been ordered for more than one week since arrival.
• Specially ordered products or products that have been processed at the customer's request.

• When the replacement product arrives at our company and we check the condition of the product, we determine that there is a problem such as damage


Return procedure

(1) If the delivered product is different from the product you ordered/has a defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days.  
(2) Please take a photo of the incorrect product and tell us the exact number and name of the product you ordered. If there is a defect or damage, please take a photo of that part and send it by email. In principle, only defective products are accepted.
(3) There are several points to note when returning a product, so please contact us before shipping. If you do not contact us and we ship the product, we will not accept any problems with the product and will not be responsible for it.
(4) If the product is different from the one you ordered, please make sure that the product is not damaged and that the packaging is securely protected. When shipping the product, please ship the wrong product within the specified time using the shipping company and destination specified by us. Once you receive your product, we will check that it matches the situation stated and then reship the correct product.
(5) Please be sure to inspect the product after receiving the reshipment email.


If the product breaks down within the warranty period

(1) Please contact us with detailed information and photos of the broken product.
(2) If the problem is due to improper use, please try the product according to our instructions and methods and have the product repaired locally first to avoid unnecessary returns.
(3) Before returning the product, please contact our online chat support/customer center to find out whether a repair fee is required.
(4) Once the product has been shipped, please provide us with a tracking number.  
(5) Once we receive the product, we will inspect it immediately. Once we confirm that it matches the description, we will begin the repair process.
(6) Once the repair and reshipment are complete, we will send you a tracking number.


If you receive less than the quantity you ordered

(1) Please provide us with a photo of the product and its packaging within three days.
(2) Once we have confirmed your order, we will inform you of the shipping status.
(3) Once we have reshipped the item, we will send you a tracking number.
