Order method

When ordering products, please follow the steps below. Easy and straightforward!

①. Search for the product you are looking for.

Select the product you are looking for from the information posted on the site.

You can also search by entering the product category or brand name you are looking for in the search box.

②. Narrow down your search.

[a. Search for products by brand or category]

  • 1. Click on the category, brand, trending word, or tag at the top of the page to narrow down your search.

  • 2. Click on the menu button in the upper right corner to find the corresponding category or brand. You can also log in as a member on the page.

  • 3. Select the product you want on the website.


[b. Search for products from photo and video pages]

  • 1. Through the video page on the Aquoire homepage

  • 2. You can also find products you are interested in on the video page.

  • 3. Each video contains related product information.


Select the product you want and go to the product details page.

③. Select the size and add it to your cart.

Check the color and shape of the product, select the size and press the "Add to Cart" button.

  • 1. Each product has a detailed description and photo, so you can use them as a reference when selecting. Please specify the quantity and specifications (size, color, etc.).

  • 2. Once you have selected the product, add it to your shopping cart.

  • 3. The shopping cart will display a list of the selected products, and you can change the quantity or delete the product. Make sure all the items you need are in your cart.


④. Proceed to checkout.

Check the items in your cart.

Select and press the "Proceed to checkout" button. Enter your information. Proceed to the checkout (order completion screen).

  • 1. Enter your shipping address, billing information, and contact information. This will ensure accurate delivery.

  • 2. On this page, you can enter information such as height, weight, size, color, etc. You can also check the shipping information and whether there are any errors in the product.

  • 3. On the order confirmation page, you can check the order number and detailed order information. Once the order is confirmed, you will usually receive an order confirmation notification by email.


If you already have an account, please enter your email address and password to log in.

  • 1. Click the button on the menu bar in the upper right corner to display the location for member login and new member registration.

  • 2. Enter your email and password to log in. If you are not a member, click the [Register] button.

  • 3. Then click the Shopping Cart button to proceed. The rest is the same.


If you are a first-time customer, please click the "New Member Registration (Free)" button and enter your information.

Members who are already logged in can select the "Proceed to checkout" button and proceed to the register (order completion screen).

⑤. Order Information

Your order details will be sent to the email address you registered or [Member Center (Login Required)]

  • 2. Click the [Order History] button to view your past orders. If you have any questions about your order, you can ask them here.


⑥. Confirmation of payment

After placing your order, please transfer the money. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will ship the items you ordered immediately. Please let us know if we can help you in any way.

⑦. Tracking number

We will send the tracking number to your email address.

■About using coupons and points


If you have coupons or points, please enter them on the cart page.
Multiple coupons cannot be used at the same time, and points and coupons cannot be used together.
Please note that coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

■Inquiries regarding orders


Please check your order history from My Page (login required) and click on "Inquiries" in each order history. Inquiries regarding defective productsIf you wish to combine orders, please click the "Contact" button and send it to us.
